Late 2009 Market Update

Today I thought it would be a nice idea to check out some simple Market Numbers for the Twin Cities Area Housing Market.  You can find some very interesting stats (if you’re into that sorta thing) about the Minneapolis and St. Paul region including new listings, pending sales, inventory supply, and days on market until sale.

This report is put together by the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and comes out weekly for the public.  You can follow the report on their home site www.MPLSRealtor.com which may help you if you’re a seller, investor, or even a First Time Home Buyer.

If you have questions or want some help analyzing these figures, let me know.

Here is the  Weekly Market Update.

Our team is finding the banks seem to be approving short sales at bit of a faster pace. This is encouraging for buyers here in our MN real estate market. Great market update here Steve, thank you.
