Let’s face it – every house is going to have to undergo renovations at some point no matter how young or old it might be. In the current market there are a lot of homes that need fixing up badly. And while getting the essentials in a house are important: running water, electricity, roof, kitchen, bath, bedrooms and so on, new homeowners should be aware that there are certain areas in the house that will give you a better return on your investment.
A friend and colleague of mine, Susan Hofflander, just wrote a nice little article on what areas you should focus on when doing home improvement projects. Check it out at her Plymouth MN Properties blog.
