Don’t Do This to Your House

I took this picture in a house that my buyer’s were touring.  Needless to say this Bedroom was NOT in the pictures on the MLS online.

I’m not sure who Zenitra is.  I’m guessing it was someone’s daughter and this was her bedroom at one time.

For those if you who may think that murals or personal paintings may be an addition to your home, remember that ALL REAL ESTATE IS PASSED FROM ONE PERSON THE ANOTHER.

The house won’t be yours forever, so don’t make “improvements” that may actually be unattractive to potential buyers in the future.

(Anybody else notice Zenitra has wings…?)

    I definitely agree about that.. I guess Zenitra is the name of a girl who lived there before.. a daughter, I guess..
