Just to answer a few questions I got from the first time through: Yes, these are real homes, and they are on the market ready for you to buy!! Ok, so I’m being a little mean, but seriously – this is what I see every day out looking at homes with First Time Buyers.
Hopefully by seeing some of these funny and downright nasty fix-ups, you’ll be better equipped to make a good purchase when the time is right.

I love these things with the great pictures. Do you take these pictures at homes you are showing? I have seen some pretty nasty stuff myself. Maybe I should start taking pictures, too and we could make a coffee table photo compilation! Be afraid, be very afraid~

Every time I see something I don’t think can be topped, the next house surprises me, so I have to snap a photo.
