A lot of time new homebuyers get overwhelmed when they see so many repairs needed like these.  The good news is that by using a rehab loan like the FHA 203(k) mortgage, they can include the repairs in the price of their loan without having to come up with the cash to fix and update foreclosure homes. Just to answer a few questions I got from the first time through: Yes, these are real homes, and they are on the market ready for you to buy!! Ok, so I’m being a little mean, but seriously – this is what I see every day out looking at homes with First Time Buyers.

Hopefully by seeing some of these funny and downright nasty fix-ups, you’ll be better equipped to make a good purchase when the time is right.
